Our story
Built in Nairobi to connect the disciplines that infrastructure depends on
Scabbard Engineering Limited was founded in 2021 with a simple conviction: water, power and digital infrastructure work best when they are planned and delivered together.
Too often, projects are split between separate civil, electrical and ICT contractors, creating gaps in coordination, accountability and quality. Scabbard brings these capabilities under one roof, giving public utilities, government institutions and private enterprises a single, dependable partner from design through commissioning.
Headquartered at Purple Tower on Mombasa Road, Nairobi, we work across Kenya and are positioned to support projects throughout East Africa.
